Tri-City Christian is looking to hire an ECE teachers assistant who will be responsible for supporting the master teacher in providing a safe, positive, and nurturing environment while supervising the children.
Responsibilities:
- Routinely interfaces with family members and colleagues, and enjoys the support of the classroom teacher, center director and campus superintendent.
- Assists in the planning and implementation of engaging, biblically-based curriculum.
- Assists in the designing and maintenance of an enriching classroom environment.
- Assist in the daily supervision of children.
- Assists in conducting bi-annual assessments to ensure children are meeting or exceeding goals.
- Assists with portfolios to capture evidence of growth throughout the school year.
Requirements:
- Dedicated Christian.
- Well-organized, dependable and conscientious.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Early Childhood Education and experience needed.
